In-Person Group Flexibility Classes:

Our In-Person Group Flexibility Class is open to ballerinas, dancers, skaters, cheerleaders, martial artists, swimmers, and athletes of all kinds — male and female, ages 7+.

This program is designed to improve full-body flexibility, mobility, and strength for athletes at every level, from complete beginners to advanced performers. Students will train using yoga blocks, resistance bands, and rhythmic gymnastics inspired techniques to safely increase their range of motion while building stability and control.

Key areas of focus include:

​

  • Splits and oversplits

  • Backbends and shoulders

  • Core strength and balance

  • Hip mobility and alignment

  • Injury prevention through safe stretching techniques

​

This class will help athletes move with greater freedom, reduce the risk of injury, and gain a competitive edge in their sport.

2025–2026 Season Schedule & Tuition

​

  • Season Dates: September 14, 2025 – June 21, 2026

  • Total Classes: 36

  • Blackout Dates (no class): November 30, December 28, April 5, May 10, May 24

  • Tuition: Based on the number of classes provided. Tuition is divided into 10 equal installments for convenience.

  • Policies: No refunds are available. No make-up classes are offered for missed sessions

Sundays 9-10:30 am (90 min)

  • $240 per month ​

  • Walk-In - $65 per student per class​
